The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , EU . VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3 phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( MDTF ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply a Backhoe Loader with Breaker . Contract No : MDPIII - CII - 0824081 - 01 for the benefit of Rawabi Municipality . 1 . Rawabi Municipality has received financing from the MDTF toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply a Backhoe Loader with Breaker . 2 . Rawabi Municipality now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply a Backhoe Loader with Breaker . 3 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Rawabi Municipality , Engineering Department , Municipality @ rawabi . ps , and inspect the bidding document during office hours ( 9 : 00 am to 02 : 00 pm ) at the address given below . From 18 / 03 / 2020 to 16 / 04 / 2020 . 5 . The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number given below . 6 . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 : 00 noon of 19 / 04 / 2020 . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected .
