Développement ( the French Development Agency - AFD ) towards the cost of the Economic and Urban Multi Site Regeneration Project - MSR Project . It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the " Design , Supply & Install of Jericho Slaughter
House and related infrastructure " . 2 - The Municipal Development & Lending Fund ( MDLF ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for
Design , Supply & Install of Jericho Slaughterhouse and related infrastructure . The site is located south east of Jericho City on about 19000 m² land east of Jericho City . The proposed building consists of 2184 m reinforced concrete structure with limestone with double masonry for isolation as per concept drawings . The task also includes supply and installation of abattoir equipment and accessories for cattle , sheep and chicken ( Cattle 35 head per week , Sheep / Goats 150 head per week and poultry , and ( 500 birds per hour maximum ) . The work also includes blood collection and treatment , wastewater pretreatment , Project , pumping station , Wastewater force main , and 76mm water supply to the proposed site . In addition to the
parking and landscaping within the facilities . 3 - Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB )
as specified in the World Bank ' s " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers , July 2016 revised November
2017 ' ' , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4 - Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Development & Lending Fund
( MDLF ) , email : oaga @ mdlf . org . ps and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08 : 00 AM
to 04 : 00 PM from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below . 5 - The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission
of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 300 Euro or equivalent amount of freely convertible currency . The method of payment will be in a direct bank deposit to The Municipal Development and Lending Fund - MDLF account number 174434 , IBAN ( EURO ) number PS98TNBC271600040174434000201 .
