The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received funds from the Agence Française de Développement ( the French Development Agency - AFD ) towards the cost of the Eco nomic and Urban Multi Site Regeneration Project - MSR Project . It is intended that part of the pro ceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the " Design , Supply & Install of Jericho Slaughter House and related infrastructure " .

Due to the impact of coronavirus pandemic , and in reference to the “ Request for Bids " for the above - mentioned project published locally and in the dg Market on March 18 , 2020 , the Municipal Development & Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has extended the bid submission deadline to the 5th of July , 2020 at 12 : 00 noon ( local time ) .
