INVITATION TO TENDER

Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and dis eases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Es tablished in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmen tal , non - political , non - religious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002 . Action Against Hunger , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their tenders for Framework Agreement for the supply of hygiene kits , protec tion and safety equipment Publication Reference : ( PI - HB - 01265 ) accord ing to the following conditions • Eligible contractor should be registered at the VAT and customs de
partment and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to Action Against Hunger with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates . Interested contractors on the aforementioned tender should provide Action Against Hunger with all requested documents before having the tender dossier . For more information on this regard , you can send email to rowaywi @ pt . acfspain . org during the formal working hours in Ramadan ( Starting from 9 : 00 am until 3 : 00 pm ) . Eligible contractor can request the tender documents by sending an email to rowaywi @ pt . acfspain . org starting from Sunday , April 26th , 2020 at 1 : 00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . The last day to distribute tender documents is on Wednesday , 6th May 2020 at 03 : 00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . For any question or any further clarification , you can send an email to rowaywi @ pt . acfspain . org no later than Wednesday 6th of May 2020 at 1 : 00 pm . All questions and clarifications will be consolidated in one letter and sent to all contractors in the same day no later than 3 : 00 pm
No further clarification will be provided after this date . • Eligible contractors should submit their offers by email to be sent to
rowaywi @ pt . acfspain . org no later than Sunday 10th of May , 2020 at
01 : 00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) • Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price .
Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone , cancel , extend or split
the tender and to award the lots to different contractors . • Preparation and announcement fees will be paid by the tender winner .
The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should issue Zero VAT invoice .
