No . 13 / 2020 The Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) , a Palestin ian Non - Governmental Organization , is implementing the above mentioned project . This project is funded by the European Union , represented by the European Commission . As part of the project activities ARIJ is seeking a competitive offer for a Final Evaluation of the EU funded project entitled “ Promote wastewater treatment and reuse in the water scarce areas of the Middle East and North Africa through development and demon stration of innovative financial instruments and inclusive manage ment plans " . The applying consultant / firm must have the demon strable capability to carry out the scope of work of this assignment and must have the capacity and experience to carry out the needs of Project . For this purpose , the Consultant / Firm should submit Technical and Financial Proposals for carrying out the scope of work of this consultancy assignment . The proposal should comply with the Terms of Reference ( TOR ) of this assignment as described below . For those who are interested to participate in the Bid and have suf ficient experience in this area , you may obtain the specific terms of reference at ARIJ premises at Karkafeh Street - Bethlehem starting from May 13th 2020 until May 20th , 2020 or by calling 02 274 1889 . Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to ARIJ by mid - day on June 1st , 2020 .
