No. 14/2020 The Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) , a Palestinian Non - Gov ernmental Organization , is implementing the project entitled " Towards Bet ter Promotion and Protection of Human Rights in Area C and Gaza Strip " . Funded by the European Union and implemented by the Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) in partnership with Women Media and Develop ment ( TAM ) , and Youth Development Resource Center ( YDRC - Hebron ) . As part of the project activities ARIJ is seeking a competitive offer from a firm to collect data from targeted communities in Hebron , Bethlehem , Jerusalem Governorates and Gaza Strip . The applying firm must have the demonstrable capability to carry out the scope of work of this assignment and must have the capacity and experience in this field . For this purpose , the firm should submit their price offer for carrying out the scope of work of this consultancy assignment . The proposal should comply with the Terms of Reference ( TOR ) of this assignment as described below . For those who are interested to participate in the Bid and have sufficient ex perience in this area you may obtain the specific terms of reference at ARIJ premises at Karkafeh Street - Bethlehem starting from 18th May 2020 until 25th May 2020 or by calling 02 274 1889. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to ARIJ by mid - day on 01st June 2020 .
