Social protection Enhancement Project ( SPEP ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Supply of Utility Vehicles needed for Supporting infrastructure to implement Case Management System ( CMS ) in the Seven Targeted Governorates of Ministry of Social Development
( MoSD ) 2 . The Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of
Utility Vehicles needed for Supporting infrastructure to implement Case Management System ( CMS )
in the Seven Targeted Governorates of Ministry of Social Development ( MoSD ) 3 . The bid is comprised of one Lot :
Supply of Utility Vehicles needed for Supporting infrastructure to implement Case Management System ( CMS ) in the Seven Targeted Governorates of Ministry of Social Development ( MoSD ) .
-Ref . No .: GZ - MOSD - 151140 - GO -- RFB - TF A05359 4 . Bidders may Bid for one contract , as further defined in the request for bids document . Bidders wishing to offer
discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so ; provided those discounts
are included in the Letter of Bid . 5 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as
specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " dated July , 2016 ( " Procurement
Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 6 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) ,

( from Sunday to Thursday ) at the address given below 7 . The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written
application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 200 US Dollar . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or direct deposit to Ministry of Social Development - SocialProtection Enhancement Project . Account number 0458/3202341/001/3001/000 . headquarter . 8 . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on 2 July 2020 Electronic Bidding
will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 2 July 2020 @ 12:00
