Country : Palestine Name of Project : Municipal Development Program Phase III - Cycle 11 ( MDPIII - C11 ) Contract Title : Supply of Hydraulic Platform Utility Vehicle RFB Reference No.:MDPIII-CII-0223016-01 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 91 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) .The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( WB ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply of Hydraulic Platform Utility Vehicle.Contract NOMDPIII - CIT - 0223016-01 for the benefit of Selet el harthiahMunicipality
1- Selet el harthiahMunicipalityhas receivedfinancing from the WB toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Hydraulic Platform Utility Vehicle . 2- Selet el harthiahMunicipalitynow invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders Supply of Hydraulic Platform Utility Vehicle . 3- Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Selet el harthiah Municipality , Engineering Dept. , Eng . Israa Hawashin , israahawashin@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours ( 8:00 AM to 02:00 PM ) at the address given below .. From 1 06 2020 to 27 06 2020 5- The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number given below . 6- A Pre - Bid Meeting : suppliers are invited to attend the meeting that will be held on Monday 15/06/2020 at 11:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Selet el harthiah Municipality . 7 - Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 Noon of 29/06/2020 . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12:00 Noon of 29/06/2020 . 8- The Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 9- Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 daysafter Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 2,500 Euro . The Bid Security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline date .
