Al - Zababdeh Municipality Purchase of Solid Waste Collection Truck Al - Zababdeh Municipality has received a grant from The Arab Fund For Economic & Social Development , and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the Contract for Procurement of Solid waste Collection Truck . Al Zababdeh Municipality now invites eligible and qualified Suppliers for Procurement of Solid Waste Collection Truck ,
considering the following conditions : 1 . Eligible and qualified Suppliers are the local agents , that are
officially registered in the state of Palestine , operate the sale of new trucks , providing maintenance service and spare
parts for the goods it provides in the Palestinian Territories . 2 . Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive
Tendering ( NCT ) procedures , specified in the Palestinian public procurement law and its regulation Considering the conditions and procedures set out at the Arab Fund For
Economic & Social Development . 3 . Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information
from the Engineering Section at
Al - Zababdeh Municipality , and inspect the Tendering Documents at the address given below daily from 9:00 am -
2:00 pm except Friday and Sunday . 4 . Qualifications requirements include : technical , financial and
legal requirements as detailed in the tendering documents . ( The Supplier must provide his license , registration documents ,
and the Manufacturers Authorization . ) 5 . Supplies under this Contract are exempted from all Taxes ,
Public Charges , Import Duties and the like and the Supplier
must provide the Purchaser with a Zero VAT Invoice . 6 . A complete set of Tendering Documents will be available for
interested Suppliers free of charge at Al - Zababdeh Municipality daily from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm except Friday and Sunday starting from Wednesday , 03/06/2020 until Thursday , 02/07/2020 . The tender documents are also available online on
the municipality's website : www.alzababdeh.org . 7 . Sealed Tenders must be delivered to the address below before
12:00 noon on Thursday , 02/07/2020 Electronic tendering
will not be permitted . Late tenders will be rejected . 8 . Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Bidders ?
representatives who choose to attend in person at the address
below at 12:00 noon on Thursday , 02/07/2020 . 9 . All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of
2000J.D ( two thousand Jordanian Dinar ) or an equivalent
