Country : Palestine / WB Name of Project : Local Government and Services Improvement Program ( LGSIP ) Contract Title : Construction of Vocational Co - Ed School in North - West Nablus Loan No./Credit No / Grant No .: TF0A1054 RFB Reference No .: LGSIP - North - NJSC / -0421027-04 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received financing through the Local Govemment and Services Improvement Program ( LGSIP ) , which is formulated by the PA in order respond to the institutional and financial challenges , which face the Village Councils ( VCs ) . The LGSIP focusses attention on VCs ' service delivery responsibilities and provides technical , institutional and financial support to VCs through a combination of PA budgetary support as well as specific Technical Assistance ( TA ) and investment support by Development Partners ** DPs " . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the received financing of the ( LGSIP ) Program to eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Vocational Co - Ed School in North - West Nablus . Contract No LGSIP- North - NJSC / - 0421027 - 04 the benefit of Joint Service Council for Planning and Development - North West Nablus . 1. Joint Services Council now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for
carrying out " Construction of Vocational Co - Ed School in North - West Nablus " 2. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement RFB using a Request
for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement_Regulations for IPF Borrowers " January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as
defined in the Procurement Regulations . 3. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Joint Services Council ,
Mobile number 0599765020 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given
below from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from 04-06-2020 to 30-06-2020 . 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders
on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 250 USD . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Joint Services Council account number ( 182323 ) in Palestine Bank Nablus . The Bidding Documents will be available at Joint Services Council - Nablus
Governorate . 6. Grant is VAT included bidders to price with VAT . 7. A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit , which will
be held on Thursday ( 18-06-2020 ) at 11:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Joint
Services Council Building after finishing site visit . 8. Bids shall be valid for a peri of 90 after Bid closing and must be accompanied a bid
security of 14,000 USD and shall be valid for 120 days after bid closing date . 9. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon at 02-07-2020 .
Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at
