The Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) , a Palestinian Non Governmental Organization , is implementing the project entitled " Promote wastewater treatment and reuse in the water scarce areas of the Middle East and North Africa through development and demonstration of innovative financial instruments and inclusive management plans " , the project is funded by the European Union under the Programme Sustainable Water Integrated Management programme ( SWIM ) - Phase II Demonstration projects . ARIJ isrequesting a proposal to supply , deliver and install a Digital Video Recorder Systemat Al - Aroub waste water treatment Plant in Sair , Hebron . For those who are interested to participate in the tender , and have sufficient experience in this area , please contact the Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) by fax or email mentioned below to obtain an electronic copy of the Bid Dossier starting from June 06th 2020 until June 10th , 2020. The interested tenderers should submit their Financial and Technicaloffers in sealed and stamped envelopes addressed to the Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem ( ARIJ ) Karkafeh Street - Bethlehem , no later than June 18th , 2020 by 13:00 p.m.
A valid deduction at source certificate must be attached to your offer . All prices must be in Euro and Exclude VAT . The supplier should be able to provide a zero VAT invoice . The tender winner will be responsible to pay the tender an nouncement fees in the local newspaper . A 5 % of the total tender amount must be attached to your offer as a bank guarantee .
