RFB Reference No .: MDPIII - CII - 072405901 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , EU , VNG , GIZ and AFD - ( MDTF ) towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) .The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( MDTF ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply Aerial Platform Utility Vehicle 2020. Contract No : MDPIII - CII - 072405901- for the benefit of Kefel Hares Municipality . 1. Kefel Hares Municipality has received financing from the MDTF toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III Cycle II , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply Aerial Platform Utility Vehicle 2020 . 2. Kefel Hares Municipality now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply Aerial Platform Utility Vehicle 2020 . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” , January 2017 ( “ Procurement Regulations ” ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Kefel Hares Municipality , Mayors office , kefelhares municipality@gmail.com , and inspect the bidding document during office hours ( 8:00 am to 02:00 pm ) at the address given below . The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number given below . 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00 am of 152020 / 07 / . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected .
