HUNGER INVITATION TO QUOTATION Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and dis eases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Es tablished in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmen tal , non - political , non - religious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. Action Against Hunger through a fund from oPt Humanitarian Fund ( Publica tion Reference : PI - HB - 01288 ) , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their price offers for Rehabilitation and construction work for WASH facilities in Schools in West Bank , according to the following conditions : • Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs depart ment and has the ability to provide Zero VAT invoice to Action Against Hunger with their VAT Number registration and financial clearance
certificate . • Eligible contractor can request the quotation documents by sending an email to rowaywi@pt.acfspain.org starting from Thursday , June 25 , 2020 at 12:00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . The last day to dis tribute quotation requests documents is on Monday , 6th July 2020 at 12:00 ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) , Office hours are from 8:00 am until
16:00 pm - Sunday to Thursday . • Interested contractors on the aforementioned quotation should provide Ac tion Against Hunger with all requested documents before having the quota tion dossier . For more information on this regard , please send an email to
rowaywi@pt.acfspain.org during the formal working hours . • A clarification meeting and site visit attendance will be considered one of
the scoring criteria stated in the quotation request , wheras it will be held at Action Against Hunger office , which is located at Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4 " floor on Tuesday , June 30th , 2020 at 09:30 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) ; Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Tuesday 7th July 2020 at 12:00 pm ( local time of the Palestin ian Territory ) at Action Against Hunger office , which is located at Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4th floor without submitting bank guarantee , only performance guarantee will be requested from the awarded contractor . Due to the current closure of Hebron governorate following the spread of Corona- virus , there will be no public quotation opening ses sion following Palestinian Ministry of Health instructions to maintain your health and safety . If any change on date of offers submission and on the way of submission , we will contact all contractors on this regard .
Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price . • Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone , cancel , extend or split the
quotation request and to award the lots to different contractors . • Preparation and newspaper announcement fees will be paid by the quota
tion winner . • The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should issue Zero VAT invoice .
