Request for Proposal ( RFP ) Program name and description Since 2014 , the Middle East Investment Initiative ( MEII ) has been managing a SME technical assistance program in Palestine . The Technical Assistance Program ( TAP ) in conjunction with a loan guarantee facility were designed to increase access to finance and enhance financial literacy of SMEs in the marginalized areas of the Gaza Strip , East Jerusalem and Area Cof the West Bank . Contracting Authority Middle East Investment Initiative , www.meii.org . Overall objectives MEII is seeking a certified gender consultant ( Consultant ) to conduct a participatory gender audit of the impact of Mell and its current programs and assess dimensions of gender equality and economic advancement .

Eligibility All local and international consultants with gender audit experience , including experience related to women's economic empowerment , and NGO's . Experience with the Palestinian SME sector is a plus . Experience with financial literacy programs and access to finance programs is highly desirable . Eligible and interested consultants can request a more detailed Terms of Reference ( TOR ) by sending their CV and a brief profile highlighting their experience with gender Audit , access to finance , and women's economic empowerment to the email below . Deadline for submitting the RFP July 15 , 2020 .
