Original bank guarantee should be submitted to UNRWA Finance offices at UNRWA Field Administration Office , West Bank Field Office or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Nablus , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Ramallah , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Hebron , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Bethlehem .

Bidders are requested to provide a bid bond / security deposit as specified in the tender document , failure to submit a bid bond will result in disqualification of the offer .

The contractor should be identified by a valid classification certificate from the National Committee of contractors ' classification
