OXFAM Invitation for Bids ( IFB ) Rehabilitation of Agricultural Roads

Oxfam in partnership with the Land Development Center ( LRC ) , MA'AN Develop ment Center and Economic & Social Development Center of Palestine ( ESDC ) are aiming to rehabilitate 6 km agricultural roads in Kardala , Khirbet Yarza , and Az Zubeidat . The construction period will be 90 calendar days . This activity is part of the project , ' Livelihood restoration and protection for Area C vulnerable farmers ' funded by oPt Humanitarian Fund . Oxfam invites your submission of a sealed bids to provide Oxfam , within their requirements , for the works of “ REHABILITATION OF AGRICULTURAL ROADS ” . as per the conditions and requirements detailed in the Bidding Docu 1. Bidding will be conducted through Open Tender procedures , and is open to all
eligible and qualified bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents . 2. Qualifications requirements include : Valid Commercial and VAT registration ,
registration at " Palestinian Contractors Union ( PCU ) " , and a minimum " third " grade classification by the " Palestinian National Committee of contractors classification " under the category of either " Public Works & Maintenance " or
" Buildings " . 3. Interested eligible bidders may acquire a complete set of Bidding Documents
in English ( on the submission of a valid Classification Certificate ) from the address given below , Or by sending an email request to the mentioned below email from 08th July 2020 to 18th July 2020 between 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM ,
Sundays to Thursdays . 4. Oxfam invites prospective Bidders to attend a Pre - Bidding Meeting which will
