This project is located under the umbrella of the « Development of Area C / West Bank » funded by the SDC . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in execution and supervision of the implementa tion of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of this grant for the benefit of Area C localities to pay ments under the contract for procurement of “ Supply and Delivery of Plastic Solid Waste containers 240 liters ( South and Jericho - West Bank ) " , for the benefit of Area C localities in west bank . 1. The MDLF has received financing from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation " SDC " toward the
cost of Support to Village Councils in Area C - COVID19 Emergency Response Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for " Supply and delivery of Plastic Solid Waste containers 240
liters ( South and Jericho - West Bank ) " . 2. MDLF now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of Plastic Solid Waste containers
240 liters ( South and Jericho - West Bank ) . The bid is comprised of the following lot : Supply and Delivery of Plastic Solid Waste containers 240 liters ( South and Jericho - West Bank ) - Ref No. SDC
West Bank - Covid - 19 / SOU & J - 01B . 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as
specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( " Procurement Regu

Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bid ders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 02:00 afternoon , local
time of 16/08/2020 . 10. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid closing . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of :
