RFB Reference No.:MDPIII-CII-0823064-01 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Develop ment Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , EU.GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the im plementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( AFD ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply a Backhoe Loader with Breaker.Contract MDPIII - CII 0823064-01 for the benefit of East Bani Zaid Municipality
East Bani Zaid Municipality has received financing from the AFDtoward the cost of the Mu nicipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply a Backhoe Loader with Breaker . East Bani Zaid Municipality now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply a Back
hoe Loader with Breaker . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for
Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations ” ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in
the Procurement Regulations . 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information fromEast Bani Zaid Municipality ,
Mayors office and inspect the bidding document during office hours ( 8:00 am to 02:00 pm ) at
the address given below . From 16/7/2020 to 13/8/2020 . 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submis
sion of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number given below . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon of 16 / 08 / 2020Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the
