Innovative Private Sector Development ( IPSD ) is a Palestin ian Ministry of National Economy ( MONE ) Project , funded by the World Bank and implemented by DAI . IPSD invites consultancy companies to submit responses to Request for Expression of Interest ( ReOI ) for “ Conducting Legal , Institutional , Business Process and ICT Assessment for Business Registry System in Ministry of National Econ omy / Palestine . " The Request for Expressions of Interest will fall under solici tation number :
REI No .: DAI - IPSD - 2020-007 Interested firms are asked to request the ReOI document by sending an e - mail to : IPSD Procurement@dai.com . The full ToR of the consultancy service can be downloaded from the below website : https://www.ipsd.demo.ps/publications . Deadline for submitting Expressions of Interest is Sunday , August 9,2020 no later than 12:00 PM Ramallah time . Ex pressions of Interest must be submitted by e - mail to : IPSD_Procurement@dai.com , stating the number of the ReOI in the e - mail subject . Only companies that are pre - qualified will be invited to par ticipate in a Request for Proposal ( RFP ) solicitation process .
