Invitation to Bid Bethlehem Municipality

Implementation of on Grid Connected Photovoltaic on municipality building , Peace Centre and Central Bus Station
Bidding No.:15/2020 Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from the Italian Agency for Development ( AICS ) through the Municipality of Turin , for the New Urban Resources ( NUR Project ) . This invitation is for PV - on Grid photovoltaic system for Bethlehem Municipality Buildings ( Bus Station , Peace Centre and Engineering Department ) . Technical Supervision will be conducted by Planning and Development Department at Bethlehem Municipality , in accordance to drawings , specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project . All interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions : 1 . Eligible Contractors should be registered at the VAT and Customs
department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their
VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate . 2 . The tender documents are to be given for a none refundable amount
of ( 70Euro ) , and this tender is opened for Contractors and Suppliers that are related to the field of the Tender and have performed similar projects in the last 3 years . Under the condition that the Contractor shall not be working on any ongoing project with Bethlehem
Municipality 3 . The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning
familiar fields of such projects . 4 . Bid Securities of 5,000 Euro should be submitted as bank guarantee
valid for a period of 90 days starting from submitting day . Personal
checks and or cash payments will not be accepted . 5 . The Contractor shall provide capital for such work in the Project and
the availability of financial resources ; for not less than 25 % of the total amount of the project cost . Provided prices should be VAT included , and bidders must submit VAT invoice , and should have a valid crafts license fees for the
year2020 . 7 . Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price . 8 . Bidders interested in purchasing bid documents can get them from
Bethlehem Municipality , starting on Tuesday , July 21 " , 2020 . 9 . The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality , on
Tuesday , July 28 , 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and followed by a site visit . 10. Eligible Contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope
enclosed to the financial department in Bethlehem Municipality
building no later than Thursday , August20h , 2020before 12:00 p.m . 11. Bids opening session will be held on Thursday , August20 " ,
2020before 12:00 p.m. 12. All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the successful
