A.M. Starting from 23 July 2020 ; Interested , eligible contractors can download the tender documents using the above mentioned links or via https://www.unrwa.org/procurement/tenders .
Pre - bid meeting will be held via video conferencing on 06 August 2020 at 11:00 AM . For more details please refer to the tender documents . Submission of offers to be submitted via secure email : WB-PLD-TENDER@UNRWA.ORG no later than : 17 August 2020 at 11:00 AM . Original bank guarantee should be submitted to UNRWA Finance offices at UNRWA Field Administration Office , West Bank Field Office or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Nablus , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at
Ramallah , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Hebron . Bidders are requested to provide a bid bond / security deposit as specified in the tender document , failure to submit a bid bond will result in disqualification of the offer .
The contractor should be identified by a valid classification certificate from the National Committee of contractors ' classification
