BEEP Invitation for Bid No # : CCHP / BEEP / A - B.4.31-0033 / 1 Project : BIM for energy Efficiency in the public sector

" BEEP project aims at strengthening the use of Building Information Modeling ( BIM ) to enhance energy efficiency in buildings . The testing of this emerging technology on built heritage will be performed to demonstrate its ability to the entire building stock . The project will provide public administrations with a powerful method for the energy rehabilitation of public buildings to be supported with private funds through the Energy Performance Contracting . The projects main outcome will be an innovative methodology based on the integration of emerging technologies tested on heritage public buildings . The Centre for Cultural Heritage Preservation - CCHP is planning to supply & Install Equipment for the ENI CBC MED Program through the Centre funds supplies , this project for Cultural Heritage Preservation . The suppliers are kindly requested to provide us with a financial offer according to the following :

at CCHP office . • Offers should be submitted to the Centre for Cultural Heritage
Preservation in sealed envelopes not later than 12:00 am on August 2011 , 2020 at in CCHP office . Price should be in Euro currency & excluding V.A.T. ( this project is vat exempted ) . The suppliers are requested to submit a security bid guarantee ( % 5 of the bid value ) valid for no less than 90 days . The winner should provide CCHP with valid Khasem Masdar and Tax Invoice .
