RFB Reference No .: MDPIII - CII 0124012-01 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Develop ment Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , EU.VNG , GIZ and AFD - ( MDTF ) towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) .The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( PA ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply & Delivery Suction and Jetting Truck ( 9M3 ) model 2020 For Improving Health Service Contract No. MDPIII - CII 01-01240 12 for the benefit of Kafr Aqab Municipality . 1. Kafr Aqab Municipality has received financing from the PA toward the cost of the Municipal
Development Program Phase III Cycle II , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery Suction and Jetting Truck ( 9M3 ) model

Suction and Jetting Truck ( 9M3 ) model 2020 For Improving Health Service . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids
( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” , Janu ary 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the
Procurement Regulations . 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Kafr Aqab Municipality , Engi
neering Office , kufraqab@hotmail.com , muhammaddweibl@hotmail.com , and inspect the bidding document during office hours ( 8:00 am to 02:00 pm ) at the address given below . From
15/08/2020 to 05/09/2020 . 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission
of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to Kufr Aqab Municipality Accounting
office . Documents are available in Kufr Aqab Municipality . 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 am of 15/09/2020 . Electronic
Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the
