The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( WB ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Rehabilitation of internal roads in Beita - Bier Quza Road
for Beita Municipality . Contract No MDPIII - C11-0423029-01 for the benefit of Beita Municipality . 2. Beita Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out Rehabilitation of internal roads in Beita - Bier Quza Road
3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's rement Regulations IPF Borrowers " January 2017 ( “ Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to
to all Bidders as defined the Procurement Regulations . 4. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Beita Municipality ) , and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from 18/8/2020 to 10/9/2020 . 6. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 4,000 Euro and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date . 10. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 am at 16/9/2020 Electronic , bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected .
