The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National
Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) .The Municipal Development and Lend ing Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementa tion of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( PA ) grant to eli gible payments under the contract for : Rehabilitation of internal roads in Nablus City - Western Commercial road ) .Contract No : MDPIII - CII - 0421027-02 ) for
the benefit of Nablus Municipality 2 . Nablus Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for
carrying out Rehabilitation of internal roads in Nablus City - Western Commercial road Bidding will be conducted throughnational competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .
Qualifications requirements are presented in the Bidding Documents . 5 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Nablus municipality

A complete set ofBidding Document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 Euro . Cashier's Check The Bidding Documents will be available at Nablus Municipality . 7. The grant is VAT included ; bidders to price with VAT . 8. ASite Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit , which
will be held on Wednesday 2/9/2020 at 11:00 am , the pre - bid meeting shall be held
at Nablus Municipality / Engineering Department / after finishing site visit . 9. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied
oy a bid security of 8000Euro The Bid Security should be valid for 118 days after
the bid closing date . 10. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 amof 17/9/2020 .
Electronic , Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the Bidders ' representatives and anyone who
