The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDPIII ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( KFW ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Rehabilitation of Internal Roads ( Main Street ) in Taffouh for Taffouh Municipality . Contract No MDPIII - CII - 1124104 -01 for the benefit of Taffouh Municipality . 2. Astaffouh Municipalityhas received financing from ( KFW ) toward the cost of the Rehabilitation of Internal Roads ( Main Street ) , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the benefit of Taffouh Municipality . 3. Taffouh Municipalitynow invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying outRehabilitation of Internal Roads ( Main Street ) . Construction period : 90 days . 4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 5. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ( Taffouh Municipality ) , and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at8 : 00AM to 2:00 PM from 26 / 08 / 2020 to 21

7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 150Euro The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality account number ( 303119 ) in Palestine Bank - Al Salam Branch . The Bidding Documents will be available at Taffouh Municipality 8. Grant is VAT included , Bidders to price with VAT . 9. A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be held on Wednesday , 16-09-2020 at 10:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Taffouh Municipality , Head of Planning and Projects Department / after finishing site visit . 10. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 8,000 Euro and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date . 11. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon on 27-09-2020 . Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noon on 27-09-2020 . 12.
