Train the Trainers Programme ( TTT )

Consulting Firms Only GIZ “ Train the Trainers Programme ” The TTT programme is a 3 - year programme ( June 2017 - Jun 2020 ) that aims at improving the pedagogical qualification of the training staff at vocational schools and vocational training centers and in private sector companies ; as improved quality of teaching increases the employability of vocational school graduates , thereby reducing the existing gap between labor market demand and supply . TTT is implemented by GIZ in partnership with the Palestinian Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Education and Higher Education in West Bank and Gaza . The TTT programme is currently seeking qualified locally registered consultancy firm to develop the Occupational Standards and the Assessment Standards for eight occupations . The targeted occupations fall within the Electrical and Automotive occupational families . The anticipated outputs of this assignment will be considered as a prototype of the assessment standard , which is part of the TVET curriculum development national standard that was adopted in 2018 by TVET in charge Ministries . Moreover , these outputs will be a preliminary step toward developing the National Qualification Framework that expected to be implemented in the near future . A local consulting firm will be selected to conduct the assignment in close collaboration with the three partners ministries : Ministry of Labour , Ministry of Education and Ministry of Higher Education . TTT - GIZ is calling all interested consulting firms to submit their bids to carry out the assignment . Bids submitted in original or to a different e - mail address , will be refused . Late offers will not be considered .
