INVITATION TO TENDER Building Quality Management System , Ref # 24-2020 The Union of Agricultural Work Committees ( UAWC ) within the project “ Reform and Development of Markets , Value Chains and Producers ' Organizations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip ( WBGS ) ” Funded through Denmark , the Netherlands , the European Union , Switzerland and Spain , announces a bid to build 5 quality management systems . Those who are interested in applying for the mentioned tenders should receive the tenders documents form from one of UAWC's offices in Ramallah , Nablus & Hebron for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable “ , between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. , starting from 3/9/2020 . ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) until 10/9/2020 . The bids shall be returned to UAWC's office - Ramallah , no later than Sunday 13/9/3020 , at 2:00 p.m. The bids will be opened on Monday 14/9/2020 at 1.00 p.m. in UAWC's Ramallah Office- public session . Notes : 1. The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder . 2. Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the
regestiration certificate . 3. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept
the lowest prices . 4. The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank check
equals to 5 % of the offered bid , this guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders ; personal cheques
