EU - ENI / 2019 / 406-834 " With the fund of the European Union , Palestinian Bar Association ( PBA ) intends to procure the works for the Organizing Conferences Seminars , Media and Supplying Visibilities in West Bank within “ Enhancing Profes sionalism and Cohesiveness of the Lawyers Community in West Bank and Gaza Strip / Supported by EU - ENI / 2019 / 406-834 . Those Companies / Firms who are interested in participating in the men tioned tender should receive the tender dossier from PBA's offices in Ra mallah Al Irsal , Al Mobadeen Street , 4th Floor between 8:30 a.m and 3:00 p.m , starting from Thursday 10/09/2020 till Wednesday 16/09/2020 ( Friday and Saturday are offical days off ) . The tender dossier shall be returned to PBA office in Ramallah no later than Thursday 17/09/2020 before 12:00 p.m. The tender opening session will be held at PBA office in Ramallah , on Sunday 20/09/2020 at 12:30 p.m. Notes : 1. The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder . 2. Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the regestiration
certificate . 3. Eligible bidder should be registered at the VAT and customs department
and has the ability to provide Zero VAT invoice to PBA . 4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the low
