The MOE intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for : Supply of New Furniture for ( Jenin , Nablus , Beit Jala , Qalgilia ) VTC's 1. Under bid No. MOE / KFW - TVET / 2020 / 085 , The grants from the Federal
Republic of Germany through KfW shall be exclusively applied to the fi nancing of expenditures , with Zero Value Added Tax , i.e. ( Zero VAT ) and
imported goods are exempted from Custom import duties . 2. The Ministry of Education ( MOE ) for the benefit of the Vocational Training
Center pertaining to Ministry of Labor now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of New Furniture for ( Jenin , Nablus , Beit Jala ,
Qalgilia ) VTC's , 3. for the institutions listed and included within this tender document . 4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by in
terested bidders for payment of a nonrefundable fee of “ € 100 » per copy to be paid by only a bank transfer exclusively from the bidder's account no later than ( 19/10/2020 ) ( No Cash deposit will be accepted ) to the follow ing account and should be deposited ( RECEIVED ) at the account , Spe cial account of the MOE -Bidding Fees no . ( 143747 ) at Quds Bank IBAN PS44ALDN040201437470430010002 , The bidder is responsible for the effective crediting of the fee in the project account at Quds Bank . The tender Documents can be obtained from the Ministry of Education , Procurement Department , Main Building- Second Floor , Room No 223 af ter 4 days from transfer . , Only the bids for whom bank transfers received and successfully deposited at the above account will be accepted and con
sidered in the bid evaluation process upon the list provided by Quds Bank . 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information only in writing
from the Procurement Department at Ministry of Education . 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before ( 09:30 AM ) of
( Monday 26/10/2020 ) , All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 3 % of the bid price and is valid for 150 days from the last date for submis sion of bids , Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at the address stated in
the MOE at ( 10:00 AM ) of ( Monday 26/10/2020 ) 7. The bidders should indicate the name and the bid number in the transfer .
The bidder should enclose the transfer receipt within the submitted bid . 8. Wages publishing and advertising on who wins the tender and only once . 9. Suppliers must commitment to the sponsorship form attached to the tender
and any supplier who does not comply with the attached form shall be ex cluded
