Ministry of Local Government ( MoLG ) - Rural Development Project in the Jordan Valley- and under funding by AFD , now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Contractors to submit a price quotation for rehabilitation of houses in Al Zubeidat , Marj Ghazal , Marj Na’ja , Ein Shibli , Al Jiftlik and Froush Beit Dajan . Applicants must have a valid classification certificate ( specialized as Building - Grade 3 or above ) as per the updated classification of national classification committee . A complete set of RFQ Documents can be obtained from Ministry of Local Government - against non - refundable bid fees of 100 Euros to be paid at Bank of Palestine , account number ( 219000/26 ) - at the address below between 27 September 2020 - 07 October 2020 ( 8:00 am - 15:00 pm local time ) . A Pre - bid meeting will be conducted on Thursday 1 " of October 2020 at 10:00 am at below address . The contractor shall furnish as part of its bid , an Unconditional Bid Security in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the amount of 8,000,00 Euro ( Eight Thousand Euro ) and should be submitted valid for 120 days from the deadline of bid submission date . Cash or personal checks are not accepted . Quotation ( s ) shall remain valid for the period of Ninety ( 90 ) calendar days after the deadline for bid submission .
