A.M. Qattan Foundation Request for Quotation ( RFQ )
AMQF - RFQ 23-2020 UTM Firewall License and Replacing of Old Devices The A. M. Qattan Foundation invites all professional IT enterprise vendors with the expertise and experience to supply ( UTM Firewall License and Replacing of Old Devices ) according to the conditions , specifications , and BOQ detailed in the RFQ . General Notes :
Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope that shall include two separate and independently sealed en velopes as follows : Envelope 1 : Technical Proposal and Company Profile Envelope 2 : Financial Proposal A.M Qattan Foundation has the right to extend , post pone , or cancel the RFQ A.M Qattan Foundation is not obliged to accept the low est price and has the right to divide the RFQ between more than one supplier without specifying the reasons . Prices shall be offered in US Dollars , including VAT . The cost of purchasing the RFQ documents is 200 NIS ( non - refundable ) . All queries regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing , with reference to the RFQ number ( 23-2020 ) to email address : procurement@qattanfoundation.com only .

Interested candidates can purchase the RFQ documents at the Foundation's premises at 27 An - Nahda Women's Association Street , Al - Tira , Ramallah , Palestine , no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday , October 14 , 2020 .

The deadline for submitting the price offers is 2:00 p.m , on Tuesday , October 20 , 2020 , by hand , to the address mentioned above .
