The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - Interna tional Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execu tion and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( KFW ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Rehabilitation of Internal Roads in Tulkarm -Phase ( 1 ) for Tulkarm Municipality . 0521036-01for the benefit of Tulkarm Municipality 2. Tulkarm Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for carrying
out Rehabilitation of Internal Roads in Tulkarm - Phase ( 1 ) , project duration period is ( 120
calendar days ) 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for
Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Pro
curement Regulations . 4. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ( Tulkarm Municipality ) , and
inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM from 11-10
2020 to 08-11-2020 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on
the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonre fundable fee 100 Euro The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality account number ( 660001035417 - in Cairo Amman Bank ) . The Bidding Docu
ments will be available at Tulkarm Municipality . 7. Grant is VAT included bidders to price with VAT . 8 . A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be
held on Wednesday 28-10-2020 at 10:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Tulkarm Municipality , Roads Department / after finishing site visit . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid
security of 10,000 Euro and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing date . 10. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before Sunday 12:00 noon on 11-11-2020 .
Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the
address below at 12:00 noon on 11-11-2020 . 11.
