Nuseirat Municipality Country : Palestine Name of Project : Municipal Development Project Third Phase Second Cycle MDPIICII Contract Title : Development of Internal Roads in Different areas - Salah Shehadah and Abu Mhady Area RFB Reference No .: MDPIIICII - 1622127-06 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , PA , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . Nuseirat Municipality invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Development of Internal Roads in Different Areas - Salah Shehadah and Abu Mhady Area . 1. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a
Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " July 2016 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders
as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Nuseirat Municipality ,
Projects Department , Tel : 082550126 , Fax : 082551553 , and inspect the Bidding Documents and inspect the bidding document during office hours at 8:00 am to 12:00 noon from 28th of October 2020 to 28th November 2020 at the address given
below 3. The submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of
a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro ( € ) . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality account number ( Bank of Palestine , Nusseirat Branch , A / C No. 332100 ) Or Account Number 2450777 ( Islamic
Palestinian bank - Nusseirat Branch . 4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 28/11/2020 - 12:00 noon .
Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and
anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 28/11/2020 - 12:00 noon . 5. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 6,000 Euro ( € ) and shall be valid for
