Chamber of Commerce The short - term courses component ( STC ) under the More Job Opportunities for Palestinian Youth Programme ( MJO ) aims to offer a second chance to under privileged schools ' dropouts to reintegrate in the employment forces through concluding special designed vocational short - term courses and community - based projects . In terms of its implementation , the STC is considered a special com ponent as its design gives the driving seat to both the private sector organiza tions ( mainly chambers of commerce and Industrial Unions ) ( PSOs ) and the community based organizations ( CBOs ) in setting the component priorities and implementing its two measures , namely ; the short term courses and the commu nity based projects . The distinguish in this component is topped up since these two measures are designed to address the urgent variance economic sector and communities ' needs of the Palestinian marginalized youth in Jerusalem , Gaza Strip , areas and refugee camps . Moreover , and since one of the implementation criteria is that courses must be designed and later on implemented on the ground of competence based training and in partnership with PSOs and training provid ers ( TP ) , the implementation of these measures shall narrow the gap between the traditional educational content ( supply ) and the requirements of the private sector ( demand ) towards achieving more productive long - term employment . Further , and since these trainings are offered based on actual needs ; employment opportu nities and component objectives are most likely to be met in favour of decreasing dropouts ' unemployment rates and increasing their living standards . GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered vendors to supply Tiling Training Material for Jenin Chamber of Commerce Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the provision of the required items .
