Request for Bids Small Works
( One - Envelope Bidding Process )

Country : Palestine Name of Project : Municipal Development Project Third Phase second Cycle MDPIIICII Contract Title : Tilling of Different streets in Deir Al Balah RFB Reference No .: MDPIIICII - 1621128-02

The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , PA , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . Municipality of Deir Al Balah invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Tilling of Different streets in Deir Al Balah .

1. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB )
as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " July 2016 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations .

2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Eng . Fakher Al Kord , Projects
Department , Tel : 08-2530026 Fax.2531153 ) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M. from November 09 , 2020 to December 09 , 2020 at the address given below Projects Department - Deir Al Balah - Al Shohada Main Road .

3. The submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable
fee of 100 Euro ( € ) . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality account number ( 250040 , Palestine Bank- Deir Al Balah Branch )

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December . 09 , 2020 - 12:00 noon . Electronic
Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on December 09 , 2020 - 12:00 noon .

5. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 6000 Euro ( € ) and shall be valid for 118 days after bid
closing date .

6. Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT .

7. A Site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be held on Thursday :
November 26 , 2020 at 10:00 A.M. , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Deir Al Balah Municipality - Projects Department after finishing site visit .

8. The address referred to above is :
