Invitation to Bid “ Rehabilitation and Construction of internal roads "

The German Evangelical Lutheran School Talitha Kumi , Beit Jala , financed by the German Foreign Ministry and the Federal Republic of Germany through its Development Bank KfW ( im plemented by UNDP / PAPP ) , hereby announces a tender invita tion for the project “ Rehabilitation and Construction of internal roads ” on the premises of Talitha Kumi in accordance with the Bill of Quantities , Drawings and Technical Specifications . To ease the traffic flow an internal one - way street will be rehabili tated , a fork added and an internal road to the school buildings and a roundabout will be built . Eligible bidders have to be classified by the Palestinian Na tional Committee for Contractors Classification under “ Roads Construction " - Grade 1 ( A & B ) » , be registered with the TAX departments and their office has to be located in the Bethlehem district . The potential bidders should further possess proven ex perience with similar projects within the last five years . The tender documents can be purchased at a non - refundable fee of NIS 100 starting from Tuesday , 17.11.2020 during 10am to 2pm at the Finance Department of Talitha Kumi . All interested bidders have to attend a mandatory site visit to be held on Saturday , 21.11.2020 at 10am at Talitha Kumi for which they have to register when picking up the tender documents . Last date for submitting the offers is Monday , 30.11.2020 no later than 10am at the Finance Department of Talitha Kumi .
