RFB Reference No .: MDPIIICII - 1221109-15 1. The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) ,
has received an initial financing from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , PA , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal
Development Program ( MDP3 ) . 2. Municipality of Gaza now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Al Saada Towers
Streets , No. ( 1211 ) , ( 2654 ) , ( 1238 ) . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as
specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” July 2016 ( “ Procurement
Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Gaza , Engineering
Contracts Section , Mr. Faraj Salem , Email : gm@mogaza.org , Fax : ( 08-2824400 ) , Tel : ( 08-2832200 ) , and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M. from November 16 , 2020 to
December 16 , 2020 at the address given below . 5. The submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee
of 100 Euro ( € ) . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality of
Gaza , account number ( 0506300 ) in Bank of Palestine , Main Branch . 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 16 , 2020 -12 : 00 noon . Electronic
Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on December
16 , 2020 -12 : 00 noon . 7. Grant is VAT excluded , bidders to price without VAT . 8. A Site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be held on
Wednesday ; November 30 , 2020 at 10:00 A.M. , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Municipality of Gaza at
Engineering & planning Administration Building . 9. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1,000 Euro ( € ) and shall be valid for 150 days after bid
