received funding from the Agence française de dével oppement ( AFD ) , toward the cost of the Support to the Palestinian Public Finance Institute project , and intends to apply part of the funding toward payments under the contract for Producing High - Quality Videos
for Public Budget E - learning Program . 2 . PPFI now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for
Producing 14 High - Quality Videos for Public Budget
E - learning Program . 3 . Public bidding will be conducted through a request
for competitive bids National in accordance with the provisions of Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations or and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the suc
