Starting from 23 November 2020 ; Interested , eligible contractors can download the tender documents using the above mentioned link . Submission of offers to be submitted via secure email : WB-PLD-TENDER@UNRWA.ORG no later than : 07 December at 24:00 ( end of the day ) Jerusalem time . Original bank guarantee should be submitted no later than COB , 07 December 2020 to UNRWA Finance offices at UNRWA Field Administration Office , West Bank Field Office or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Nablus , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Ramallah , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Hebron . Bidders are requested to provide a bid bond / security deposit as specified in the tender document , failure to submit a bid bond will result in disqualification of the offer . The contractor should be identified by a valid classification certificate from the National Committee of contractors ' clas sification
