The German Evangelical Lutheran School Talitha Kumi , Beit Jala , financed by the German Foreign Ministry hereby announces a tender invitation for the project “ Installation of a new Heat ing System ” . The current heating system of Talitha Kumi will be changed and necessary adjustments in the buildings made in order to decrease the annual heat cost of the institution . Eligible bidders have to be classified by the Palestinian National Committee for Contractors Classification under “ Electromechan ical Works Grade 1 & 2 ” or “ Construction works - Grade 1 & 2 ” , be registered with the TAX departments and their office has to be located in the Bethlehem district . The potential bidders should further possess proven experience with similar projects within the last five years .
