The German Evangelical Lutheran School Talitha Kumi , Beit Jala , financed by the German Foreign Ministry hereby announces a tender invitation for the project “ Installation of Solar Panel PV - System " . On the premises of Talitha Kumi a PV - System shall be installed as an alternate source of electricity for the institution . Eligible bidders have to be classified by the Palestinian National Committee for Contractors Classification under " Electromechanical Works - Grade 1 & 2 ” or « Electrical Works - Grade 1 & 2 ” and be registered with the TAX de partments . The potential bidders should further possess proven experience with similar projects within the last five years .
