The Strengthening of Police Structures Programme is im plemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) on behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office ( AA ) . The main objective of the programme from its inception in 2010 is to enable the Palestinian Civil Police ( PCP ) to provide citizen - oriented services based on professional standards and to contribute actively to security and law enforcement . GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally vendors to supply sound systems to the Palestinian Civil Police in Ramallah . Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quo tations for the provision of the required item . Interested companies may download the inquiry documents starting 6.12..2020 through 18.12.2020 from our tender ing website http : https://tender.gizpal.ps Quotations should be sent to the e - mail PS_Quotation @ giz.de no later than 20.12.2020 before 15:00 .
