The LGSIP focuses attention on VCs service delivery responsibilities and provides technical , in stitutional and financial support to VCs through a combination of PA budgetary support as well as specific Technical Assistance ( TA ) and investment support by Development Partners " DPs " . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the received financing of the ( LGSIP ) Program to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply and Delivery of Steel Solid Waste containers , Contract No. LGSIP - JSC - SWM / NG / 739600450-02A for the benefit of Joint Services Councils in blus Governorate . 1.
