RFB Reference No .: MDPIII - CIT - 0322024-01 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) . has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Develop ment Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . The Municipal Develop ment and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( SDC ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply a Backhoe Loader with Breaker . Contract No. MDPIII - CII - 0322024-01 for the benefit of Tubas Municipality . 1. Tubas Municipality has received financing from the SDC toward the cost of the Municipal De
velopment Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under
the contract for Supply a Backhoe Loader with Breaker . 2. Tubas Municipality now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply a Backhoe Loader
with Breaker . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids
( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( ** Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procure
