( One - Envelope Bidding Process ) Country : West Bank and Gaza Name of Project : Electricity Sector Performance Improvement Project Contract Title : Supply and Installation of PV Systems for the health sector in Gaza ( for 13 Clinics ) Grant No .: TFA9136 RFB Reference No .: PEA WB HS 02/2020 1- The Palestinian Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the ( Electricity Sector Performance Improvement Project ( P148600 ) ) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of PV Systems for the health sector in Gaza ( for 13 Clinics ) . 2- The Palestinian Energy Authority ( PENRA ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Installation of PV Systems for the health sector in Gaza ( for 13 Clinics ) . 3- Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " July 2016 revised November , 2017 & August , 2018 ( “ Procurement Regulations ” ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PENRA and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at the address given below . 5- The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 USDs . The method of payment will be by deposit in the following bank account :

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 3rd Feb. 2021 at 12:00 noon . 7- Pre - bid meeting : a clarification meeting will be held to the potential bidders at PENRA's offices in Ramallah with video conference with Gaza on ( 27 , December 2020 at 10:00 AM Jerusalem time ) . 8- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 35.000,00 USDs .
