Town - Tulkarm Governorate Reference Number : PQ - PAL - 2020-118882 The United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People ( UNDP / PAPP ) is soliciting expressions of inter est and submission of prequalification data from experienced contractors in order to be pre - qualified to bid on construction of wastewater collection network in Attil town - Tulkarem , which is funded by the Government of the Netherlands . Only pre - qualified contractors , who meet all prequalification criteria , will be invited to participate in the bid .
