1. The Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management for Hebron & Bethlehem
Governorates ( JSC - H & B ) , invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Operation and Management of Two Solid Waste Transfer Stations Tarqomia and Yatta ,
under tender reference No .: 2/2021 . 2. All qualified contractors are invited to participate . Tender documents are avail
able at office of the ( JSC - H & B ) during official working hours ( 8 : 30-2 : 00 ) for
value of ILS 1000 non - refundable , starting from 23rd of December 2020 . 3. All tenders must be submitted to Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Manage
ment of Hebron and Bethlehem designated Office at the address below , no later than Sunday 03 January , 2021 at 1:00 noon at : Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management of Hebron and Bethlehem Address : Al - Menyia landfill - Al - Menyia Village- Bethlehem , West Bank , Palestine .

1:00 noon at Al - Menyia Landfill , administration building . 2. Tender evaluation will be private . 3. All Contractors will be notified in writing about Tender outcomes . 4. The successful Contractor will bear the cost of advertising . 5. As written in the Tender , ( JSC - H & B ) will not be forced to choose the cheapest /
lowest offer . 6. Offered prices must be submitted in New Israeli Shekels & including VAT . 7. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of NIS 20,000 ( Twenty Thou
sand Shekels ) valid for 118 days . 8. The Offer shall be valid for : 90 days after the dead line for bid submission speci fied in the bidding data .
