The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received financing from the
MDTF + AF toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to ap ply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the " Supply of IT Equipment for
O & M - West Bank ” , 2. The MDLF now invites sealed Bids from ible Bidders the " Supply of IT Equipment for
O & M for benefited West Bank municipalities ” . The bid is comprised of two ( 2 ) lots : Lot No. 1 : Supply of Servers , Cabinets , 6 KVA UPS , KVM + TFT , and Switches Ref . No .: GZ - MDLF - 177340 - GO - RFB - A
Lot No. 2 : Supply of Workstations , Printers , Firewalls , NAS Storage , 1 KVA UPS and IPADs Ref . No .: GZ - MDLF - 177340 - GO - RFB - B 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids
( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” , January 2017 ( “ Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procure
ment Regulations . 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from MDLF / Procurement department ,

19/01/2021 . 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the
submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to account number 174434 TNB /
Masyoun branch . 6. The Bidding Documents will be available for collection at MDLF premises in Ramallah . 7. For detailed list of the IT hardware equipment please visit the MDLF website at

security of : 4,000 Euro for Lot No. 1 3,000 Euro for Lot No. 2
The Bid Security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline date . 10.Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon on 21/01/2021 . Electronic
bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at
