PARIS Invitation to Bid ( REINVENTING PUBLIC SPACE IN BETHLEHEM / COMPONENT II - SUSTAIN ABLE MOBILITY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN )
Tender No. 01/2021 Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from the French Agency for Development , through Paris Municipality , for the implemen tation of the project REINVENTING PUBLIC SPACE IN BETHLEHEM 1 COMPONENT II - SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY AWARENESS CAM PAIGN , Tender No.01 / 2021 , supervision by Bethlehem Municipality . In accordance to specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project , all interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions : 1. Eligible contractors should be registered at the VAT and Customs
department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate and valid company registration in Palestine . The bidders should emphasize on
previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects . 2. Bid Securities of ( 1000 Euros ) should be submitted as bank guarantee
valid for a period of 90 days starting from submitting day . Personal
checks and or cash payments will not be accepted .. 3. Provided Prices should be VAT included . 4. Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price . 5. Bidders interested in getting bid documents from Bethlehem Mu
nicipality , starting on Monday 11/01/2021 in order to obtain required
documents . 6. Eligible Bidders should submit their offers in a sealed envelope en
closed no later than Thursday , 11/02/2021 before 12:00 a.m. 7. The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality , on
Thursday 21/01/2021 at 10:00 a.m. 8. Bids opening session will be held on Thursday , 11/02/2021 at 12:00
a.m. at Bethlehem Municipality . 9. All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the successful
bidder . 10. The work phase of this project starts with a written order from Beth
